What universities run the flexbone besides Navy, GT and Harding?
Hey coach,
When you commit to the triple option offense how do you maximize 7 on 7’s. With the emphasis on the spread and passing these sessions are becoming prevelant. How do you approach these sessions and does your team participate in many 7 on 7s
Thanks
What would you do vs. a 4-4 defense that aligns in an inside shade to the guard, an inside shade to the tackles and walks the olb up on the line of scrimmage vs. your flexbone formation?
Run Veer/4 verticals/playaction to the flats/trips get you out of that defense/ speed option/ pretty simple
